Parents’ and Friends’ Club

Oberon is extremely fortunate to have a community minded and an incredibly hardworking Parents’ and Friends’ Club to channel parent views and support the operation of our school! We draw on the club’s skills and experience, working collaboratively with students and staff to maintain our Oberon community.

 

Parents participate in a variety of events including:  

• Grade 6 Graduation  

• School Disco 

• Special Lunches & Winter Warmer Days

• End of year Concert

• Fundraisers   

• Principal’s Lunch  

• School Breakfasts

• Annual Colour Run

• Parent Information Sessions

 

Our families are highly valued as key partners in their child’s learning. All parents and carers are welcome to attend. We do understand that life is busy and many carers have other commitments. As such, Parents and Friends Club are always very flexible, so come to one or all meetings and help out only when you can!

 

Meetings are held regularly in the staffroom (dates and times may vary according to upcoming events and parent availability). This is a terrific opportunity to be involved in many fun events with your child and also a wonderful way to meet other parents!
